The following conditions apply to non-commercial use only.

GENERAL TERMS

Commissioned artworks are for personal use only.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
I DO NOT ALLOW the usage of my art with anything related to AI, NFTs and cryptocurrency.

REVISIONS

You can ask for changes during the sketch/ wip phase of the artwork only.
Changes to the artwork after said phase may come with an extra fee.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Please do not claim the commissioned artwork as your own drawing. I retain all copyrights over commissioned pieces.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and include it in my portfolio.
You can upload the commissioned artwork onto your social handles only if you use the watermarked version that I've provided, including crediting me through mentions or tags.

PAYMENT

I accept either full payments before starting your commission or half and half(depending on the type and cost of the commission).
I only accept PayPal or through Kofi at the moment.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

No Cancellations
Refunds are only available when:

I’m unable to finish the drawing due to any circumstances. Money will be paid back fully, unless commissioner wants the unfinished work, then I’ll offer you the work that I’ve done for the price it would amount to.
